IJHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearin9 at the City
Hall in tlie City of Anaheim on June 2, 1932, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said public
hearing having been duly yiven as required by law anr.i in accordance ~vith the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 1`3,03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposed conditional use permit and to investigate and
make findings and recomnendations in connecCion therewith; and

WHEREAS, sai~J Commission, after due inspection, invr.stig~tion and study made
bv itself and in its behalf, and after due considcration of all evidence and reports
~ffered at said hearing, does find and deterr~ine the follrnNin~ facts:
t. Tliat the proposed use is properly one for which a c:onditional use
permit is authorized by Analieim Fiunicipal Code Section 13.03.030.~10 to olit ~ to
permit a residential trailer in connection ~yith a Jewish Temple.
2. That the proposed use is fiereby yranted for a period of three ~3)
years, to expire on June 2, 1935.
3. That the proposed use ~aill not adversely affect the adjoining land uses
and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located.
~E. That the size and shape of tlie site proposed f~r the usr_ is aciequate to
allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the
particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens
of the City of Anaheim.
S. That tl~e granting of ti~e Conditional Use Permit under the conditions
imposed, if any, wi~l not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety and general
welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim,
6. That the traffic generated by the proposed use ~~ill not impose an undue
burden upon the streets and liighways designr_d and improved t~ carry the traffic in
the aree.
7. That no one indicated their presence at said publir hearing in
opposition; and that no correspondence was received in opposition to the subject
petition.
EPlVlftO!•!l~SENTAL It1PACT FINDING: The Pl~n~in~ Oirector o~ his authorized
representative has determined that the proposed prc.ject falis within the defTnition
of Categorical Exemptions~ Class 3, as defined in the Statr. EIR Guidelines and is,
therefore, categorically exempt from the requirernent to prepare an EIR.
NOIJ, TFIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following
conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use
of the subject property in order to preserve the safety anct c~eneral welfare of the
Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
1. That subject property shall be developed substantially in accordance with
plans and specifications on file witli the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit PJo.

2, That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, sliall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
3. That said use is granted for a period of three (3) Years, to ex~ire June 2,
t935, Folto~ain9 expiration, the property owner ho; ti~e option of filing new
conditonal use permit.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tlie Analieim City Planning Commiss(on does hereby
fi~d and determine that the adoption of thts Resolution is expressly predicated upon
apFlicant's compliance ~•~ith each and ali of the conditions hereinabove set forth.
5liould any condition or any part thereof, be declared invalici or unenforceable by the
alnrovals~9ment of any court of competent jurisdiction, then tliis Resolution, and any
pp herein contained, shall be deemecl null and void.
