N01J, THERCFORE, 6E IT RESOLVED tfiat tlie Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby grant subject Petitian for Variance, upon the following conditions which
are hereby found to be a necessary prernquisite to the proposed use of the subjer_t
property in order to preserve the safety and general ~~~elfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
1. That subject property shall be developecl substantially in accordance with
plans and specifications on file ~vith the City of Anaheim marlced Exhibit
PJos. 1 through $.
2. That Condition No. 1, above-mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
i3E IT FURTIIER RESQLVED that the Anaheim City planning Commission does hereby
find and determine that the adoption of this Resolution'is expressly predicated upon
applicant's compliance with eacii and all of the conditions hereinabove set forth.
Should any condition or any part thereof, be declared invali~i or unenforceable by the
final ;udgment of any court of competent jurisdiction, then this Resolution, and any
approvals herein contained, shall be deemed ~ull and void.
