A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIbi CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2363 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission did receive a verified
Petition for Conditional Use Permit from JOSEPH B. EDWARDS, ET AL., 1237 South
Euclid Avenue, Anaheim, California 92802, owner, and ROBERT AND DAPHNE WEIS5,
1008 Buena Vista, A7iaheim, California 92802, agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
LOT 18 OF TRACT N0. 2177, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM~ COUNTY OF
ORANGE~ STAT~ dF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECOF2DED IN BOOK 59

Y]HEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at
the City Hall in the City of AnaheiM on August 23, 1982 at 1:30 p.m., notice
of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in
accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.03,
to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional nse
permit and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and
study made by itsel= and in its behalf, and after due consideration of aIl
evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the
following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly ene for which a conditional
use permit is authorized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.44.050.140 to
wit: to permit the commercial use of a residential structure with waivers o£:
(a) SECTION 18.06.060.022 - Minimum number of parkinq spaces
and 18.44.06G.050 -(8 spaces required; 5 spaces proposed)
(b) SECTION 18.44.U35.030 - Required location of parking spaces
(Parking at rear of structure required;
Parking at front p:oposed)
2. That the proposed use is hereby granted subject to the
petitioner's stipulation that the use shall be limited to a retail knit shop.
3. That the requested waivers are hereby granted on the basis o_°
the configuration of the existing structure on subject property and that
denial would deprive subject property of a privilege being enjoyed by other
properties in the same zor,e and vicinity.

hereby find and determine that adoption of this Resolution is expressly
predicated upon applicant's compliance with ~ach and all of the conditions
hereinabove set fcrth. Should any such condi;,ions, or any part thereof, be
declared invalid or unenforceable by the final judgment of any court of
competent jurisdiction, then this Resolution, and any approvals herein
contained, shall be deemed null and void.
