WHEREAS, on December 22, 197~, Condittonal Use Permit Wo. 158R was
granted by the Anaheiro City Planning Commission to permit on-;a1e beer and wine
at a private tennis faci)ity, on property described as an irregularly-shaped
parcel of land consisting of approximately 15 acres located southwest of the
southwest corn~r of La Palma Avenue and !<raem~r houlevard, and 'rurther descrlbed
as 1021 Y.raemer Place,
IJFIEREAS, the property rnaners, ~9r, and Mrs. Carl H. Burris, have
submitted a letter requesting termination n` Conditional Use Permit yo, 15P~3 in
satisfaction of a condition of approval of Conciitional Use Permit FJo. 2252,
granted October 27, 1931, to reta(n a retail sales facility in the "1L
(Industrial~ Llmited) Zone on suhject property.
NOIJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEO that the Anaheim City Planning
Commtssion does herel~y terminate all proceedinas of Conditional Use Permit No.
1538 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
