A RESOLUTIOW OF THE A~AHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSIOIJ
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN COtJNECTION WITH
CO~JDITIOtJAL USE PERMIT N0. 1985
WHEREAS, on June 18, 1979, Conditional Use Permit No. 1985 was granted
under Resolution No. PC7g-117 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit
automobile storage and leasing on a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting
of approximately 0.5 acre, having a frontage of approximately 62 feet on the west
side of Ptountain View Avenue, having a maximum depth of approximately 360 feet
and being located approximately 535 feet south of the centerline of Katella Way
and further described as 1843 ~1ountain View Avenue.
WHEREAS, the applicant, Doug Garnee of Southwest Leasing and Rental, Inc.,
has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1985
and indicating the property has never been used as anticipated, and further
indicating that the property is being sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No. 1985 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day of
September, 1982.
