WHEREAS, on July 3, 1973, Conditional Use Permit ~Jo. 186~ was granted
by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a massage business ~vith a
waiver of the minimum number of parl;ing spaces, o~z property descri!~ed as an
irregularly-shaped parcel of land consistin9 of approximately 3.5 acres, havin9
a frontage of approximately 175 feet on the t,~est side of Harbor poutevard,
havtna a maximum depth of approximately 600 feet and being lncated approximately
455 feet north of the centeritne of Orangewood Avenue.
IJIIEREAS, the property o~vners, 'dilliam P. Draganza, has submitted a
letter requesting termination of Conditional Use °ermit No. 1~960 in satisfaction
of a condition of approval of Variance Dlo. 3242, granted on December 29, 1981,
for ~•raiver of permitted location to permit ~ free-standing sign on sub,ject
property.

Commission does herehy terminate al) proceedings of Conditional Use Pe~mit No.
1860 on the hasis of the foregoing findinns.
