A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAH~IM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION ~
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. PC82-174 NUNC PRO TUNC IN CONNECTION
WITEI VARIANCE NO. 3289
WHEREAS, on September 20, 1~82, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
granted Variance No. 3289 tu expand an exi3ting motel with waiver of minimum
number of parking spaces on property descrj.bed as a rectangularly-ahaped
parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.2 acres, having a frontage of
approximately 85 feet on the east side of Harbor Boulevard, approximately 780
feet south of the centerline of Manchester Avenue, and further described as
1530 South Harber Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, at the public hearing, the Planning Commission determined
that a maximum of 118 spaces would be required for the expanded motel based on
the petitioner's stipulation to delete an on-site car rental agency and to
classify the delicatessen as non-retail floor area; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. PC82-174 indicates that 125 parking spaces
are required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC82-174 to read that 118 parking
spaces are proposed.
THE FOREGOING P.ESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 18th day
of October, 1982.
