A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMLSSION
TEP.MINATING ALL PRpCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WI'PH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1885
WHEREAS, on Cctober 23, 1978, Conditional Use Permit No. 1885 was
granted under Resolution No. 78-242 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to
pe.rmit o drive-through restaurant on an irregular2y-r;haped parcel of land
consisting of approximately 9.7 acres located south and west of the southwest
corner of Lincoln Avenue and Rio Vista Street, and having approximate
frontages of 470 feet on the south side of Lincoln Avenue and 425 feet on the
west side of Rio Vista Street.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Central Capital Corporation, has
sabmitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1885
in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Variance No. 3301, granted
on November 15, 1982, to permit construction of a 272-unit apartatent complex
with waivers on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby terminate a11 proceeainys in conn~-tion with
Conditional Use Permit No. 1885 on the basis of the foregoing findir.?s.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 29th dap
