(c) That security personnel shall be on duty at the par~<ing lot entrances

s~~ap meet, at the oetitioner~s ex~ense, t~ remove any trash accumulated from

6. That the proposed use, as ciranted, will not adverseiy affect the
adjoining land us:s and the grawth and development o~ the area in which it is
