A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
COND~TIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2079
WHEREAS, on May 19, 1980, Conditional Use Permit No. 2079 was granted
by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to retain a contractor's storage yard
with waiver of required enclosure of outdoor uses on a rectangularly-shaped
parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.82 acres, having a frontage of
approximately 264 feet on the south side of Miraloma Avenue, having a maximum
depth of approximately 285 feet and being located approximately 920 feet west
of the centertine of Red Gum Street and further described as 2860 and 2872
Miraloma Avenue.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Robert L. Benner/Qenner Sheet Metal, Irtc.,
has submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2079
in satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditionai Use Permit No. 2276,
granted on February 16, 1982, to permit a metal recycling center in the ML
(Industrial, Limited) Zone on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cammission
does hereby termirate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 2079 on the
basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 8th day of
March, 1982.
