ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FINDING; Th e Plannin g Director or his authorized representative has determined tha t th e proposed project falls within the definition of Cateqorical F~cemptions, Class ?.1, as define~l in the State EIR Guidelines and is, therefore, categ~rically exempt from the re4uirement to prepare an FIR. NfW, THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED that the Anaheim Citv Planning Commission does hereby delete Condition No. 1. BE Im FURTHF,R RESOLVE'D that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby finc~ and determine that adoption of this Resolution is expressly p re~icate~ upon applicant's compliance with each and all oF ti~e cond.itions h~reinabove set forth.
