WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and
study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideration of all

following facts;
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional

18.32.050.080 to wit: to permit a 47-space temporary relocation mobilehome

~ 3. That the proposed waivers (a) and (b) are unnecessary because
the proposed use is denied and, furthermore, that revised plans were submitted
'~ eliminating the need for said waivers.
4. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adjoining land
uses and the growth and devel.opment of the area in which it is proposed to be
located.
5. That the si2e and shape o£ the site proposed for the use is not
adequate to allow the full development of ~he pr.oposed use in a manner not
de~rimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety and
general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
6. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the
conditions imposed, if any, will be detrimental to the peace, health, safety
and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
7. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will impose an
undue burden upon the streets and highways 8esigned and improved to carry the
traffic in the area.
8. That 26 persons indicated their presence at said public hearing
in opposition and 50 persons indicated their presence at said public hearing
in favor; and that no correspondence was received either in opposition to or
in favor of the subject petition.
ENVIRQNMENTAL IMPACT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby deny certification of Environmental Impact Report No.
259 on the basis that sufficient soils tests were not conducted to accurately
determine the depth of the underlying dump site and the type of materials
which were used to fil.l said dump. Planning Commission also determined that
until such additional data is available, a change in the land use designation
should not be made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
