Commission reviewed a request from nearby property owners for a

as follows;

1• That the permittee failed to obtained required reciprocal parking
agreements with one or more of the surrounding praperty owners
for a minimum of 20 parking spaces to be used and available
during regular church services as required by Condition No. 9 of
Resolution No. PC82-125,
2. That the existing uses on the property are being conducted in
such a manner as to be detrimental to the public health or safety
or so as to constitute a nuisance as follows:
a• Odors from diesel trucks and from food being processed on
the property,
b• Noise and parking of diesel trucks in the adjacent public
allc~,
c. Fumes from diesel trucks,
d. Excessive numbers of vehicles on the property and in the
public alley, and
e• Motor homes parking overnight on the property.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim, that, for each of the reasons hereinabove specified, Conditional Uss
Permit No. 2342 be, and the same is heteby revoked and Resolution No. PC82-125
is hereby declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESGLUTION is signed and approved by me this 14th day of
November, 1983.
