A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNF.CTIOP] WITH
CONDITIOt7AL USE PERMIT NO. 2075
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1980, Conditional Use Permit No. 2075 was granted
under Resolution No. PC80-77 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to per.mit
a 13,413-square foot bank on an irregularly-shaped pazcel of land consisting
of appcoximately 1.8 acces located at the southeast corner of La Palma Avenue
and Tustin Avenue.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Elden W. eainbridge, has submitted a
letter cequesting termination of Coi,ditional Use Permit No. 2075 in
satisfaction of a condition of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2308
granted on March 22, 1982, to pexmit a 6,592-squace ioot bank in a proposed
industrial center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Conmission does heceby tecminate all proceedinys in connection with
Conditional Use Pecmit No. 2075 on the basi.s of the focego;.ng findings.
THE EOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 28th day
of December, 1983.
