A RESOLUTION OF TEIE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COD9MISSION
TERMINATING AliL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITFi
VARIANCE NO. 2983
WHEREAS, on December 19, 1977, Vzriance No. 2983 was granted under
Resolution No. 77-280 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit a four-
unit office building with waiver of minimum reaz yard setback on a rectangularly-
shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 0.2 acre, having a frontaqe of
approximately 78 feet on the east side of Magnolia Avenue, having a maximum depth
of approximately 135 feet and being located approximately 175 feet north of the
centerline of Broadway and further described as 230 South Magnolia.
WHEREAS, the applicant, Mr. Randy C. Bucholtz, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Variance No. 2983 in satisfaction of a condition of the
granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2394, granted November 19, 1982, to permit
an automotive transmission shop on subject property.
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 2983 on the
basis of the foregoinq findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 7th day of
February, 1983.
