uses commensurate with the proposal; that no sensitive environmental impacts
are invalved in the proposal; that the Znitial Study subm.itted by the
petitioner indicates no siqnificant individual or cumulative adverse
environmental impacts; and that the Negative Declaration stihstantiating the
foregoing findings is on file in the City of Anaheim Planning Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RP•.SOLVED that the I~naheim City Plann.ing
Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Reclassifica±ion and, by so
doing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to
exclude the above-described properties from the zones as indicated in Finding
No. 1 of this resolution and to i.ncorporate said properties into the
appropriate Mob~lehome Park Overlay Zone as indicated in Finding No. 1 of this
resolution.
