A RE;SOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSLON
TERMINATIIQG ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONN~CTION WITH
CONDITIONAi, USE PERMIT NO. 1557
WHEREAS, on August 18, 1975, Conditional Use Permit No. 1557 was granted
under Resolution No. PC75-176 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission to permit
construc'.=.on of a restaurant with a cocktail lounge on an irregularly-shaped parcel
of land consisting of approximately 1.8 acre:;, having a frontage of approximately
273 feet on the south side of La Palma Avenue, having a maximum depth of approxi-
mately 391 feet and bei.nq located approximately 435 feet east of the centerline of
Imperial Highway.
WHEREAS, the property owner, Raymond G. Spehar, has submitted a letter
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1557 in satisfaction of a
condition of the grantinq of Conditional Use Permit No. 2365, granted on
September 20, 1982, to permit on-sale alcoholic beverages in a semi-enclosed
restaur_ant on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiss.ion
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit
No. 1557 on the basis of the foregoinq findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 23rd day of
February, 1983.
