RESOLUTION NO. PC83-49
A RESOLUTION OP THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1229
WHEREAS, on April 5, 1971, Conditional Use Permit No. 1223 was granted
under Resolution No. PC71-56 by the Anaheim City Planning Commission r.o permit
establishment of a storage facility for boats, trailers and recreational vehicles
on an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 2.3 scres on
the south side of Katella Avenue, and beinq located immediately east of the
Ati~hison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway right-of-way.
WHEREAS, the property owner, ~mkay Development Co., Inc. has submitted
a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 1229 in satisfaction
o~ a condition of the granting of Conditianal Use Permit Nu. 2257, granted on
September 9, 1981, to permit a commercial office building in tha ML (Industrial,
Limited) zone on said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City i'lanning Commission
does hereby terminate ali proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Permit No.
1229 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 23rd day of
February, 1983.
