THAT PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 82-83-29 BE DENIED
WHEREAS, the Anatieim City Planning Commission did receive a verified
petition for Reclassification from JACK H. & CHARLOTTE A. DZCK, 949 North
Citron Stceet, Anaheim, California 92005, ownecs and F. M. RHODES & BRUCE
GOLDMAN, 8535 Knott Avenue, Buena Park, California 90620, agent of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Or,r~e, State of
California, described as follows:

of said public hearing havin9 been duly yiven as required by law and in
accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.03,
to hear and cor.~ider evidence for and against said proposed reclassification
and to investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection
therewith; and

WHEREAS, said ~ommission, after due inspection, investigation and
