18.44.050.010 to wit: kQ permit on-sale beer and wine in a proposed rest~uran~

proposed)
2. That th~ reques~ed waiver is herek,y granted ~n the basis that

i.mmediate vicinity nor adversel~• afFect any adjoining land uses; and that the
granting of the parking variance under the conditions impased, zf any, will
