1. Th~t the owner of subjeci: property shall pay to the City of Anaheim a

2. That prior to issuance of a building perrnit, appropriate water
a~se~sment ~ees shall be paid ta the Cil•y of. Anaheim, .in an amount as
~etermined by L•he Ofiice of the Utilities Genera~. Manag~r.
3. That prior to xssuance oP ~~ building permit, appropriat~E park and
