NOW, TH~REi~ORE, B~ IT RESOLV~D that the nnaheim Gity tlanning
Commissi.on does hereby grant subject: Petition For Variancc, upon the following
conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the
proposed use of the suhject propPrty in order to preserv~ tY~~~ safe~y and
yeneral welfare of the rii:izens o~' the Ci~y of AnahEim:
~ le That subject psoperty sha11 be developpd substantially in accordance
with ~+1ans and specifications on =ile with the City of Anaheim markPd
Exhibi~ No. 1; ~revided, however., that only ten (10) temporary flags
may be displayed on--site. _
2. Thai: tnis variar~ce~ permitting a maximum of ten (10) temporary fl~g~,
is gxanted for a term coterminous with the permit issued pursuant to
Anat~e~.m Municipa]. Cnd~ Se~tion '18.05.085 plu~ any extensions of time
which may be ~pproved by the City Counci.l.

period of thirty (30) days from the date of this rES~~ut.ion.

hereby find and determine that adopti.ati of this Resolution is expr~r~s~.y

herei-iabove set forth. Should any such conditian, or any part there~.f, be
declared invalic~ or unenforceable by the final judgment of any ~ourt of
competent jur.isdiction, then this Resolution, and any approvals herein
contained, sha11 be deemed null and void.
