NbW, THEREFORL, BE IT kESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby grant subject Petii:ion for Conditional Use Permit, upon
the f allowing conditions whi.ch are tiereby found L•o be a necessary prpr~quisite
to the propo~ed use of tt;e subj~ct property in order to presexve the safety
and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim:
1. That khis Conditior.al Use Pe,:mit is grantad sub3ect to the completian
of I2eclassification Noo 8~-85-12., ~ow perlcling.
2• That street lighting fac:i.lities aiong Wranyler Tr.ail., Taf.t Avenue and
Faton W~y shall be installed ~s required by ~he [ltilities General
Manager in accordance with specifica~ions on £ile in the 4ffice of
Utilities Gener.al Manager, and r.hat se~curity in the form of a bond,
certificate of deposa.t, letter o~ credit, or cash, in an amount and
form satisfactory to the Gity ~~f Anaheim, sha1.1 be posted with the

improver~ents. Said secutit,y shall be posred with th~ Cit~ of Anaheim
