WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at
the Civic Center in the City of Anaheim on April 15, 1985 at 1:30 p.r~., notice
of said public heacing having been duly given as required by law and in
accordance with the pcovisions of the Anaheim t4unicipal Code, Chapter 18.Q3,

therewith; said public hearing having been continued to the Planninq
Commission meeting of May 13, 1985; and
WFIEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation end
study made by its~lf and in its behalf, and after due consideration of a11
evidence and reports offered at said heaeing, does find and determine the
following facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a conditional
use permit is authotized by Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.61.050.605 to
wit: to permit an industrially-related, two-story office complex in the ML(SC)
(Industrial, LimiL-ed, Scenic Corridor Oveclay~) Zone.
2. That the proposed use is hereby denied on the basis that the
majori.ty of uses on the list submitted by the petitioner is too general in
