ORDINANCE N0. �,�3.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RESTRTCTING THE ENTERING IN
AND ON BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, AND
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That it is unlawful for any person to enter
any building, room, yard or enclosure owd,, occupied or under the
control of the City of Anaheim, at any time when such building,
room, yard or enclosure is locked, barred or otherwise shut off
from the use of the public.
SECTION 2.. That it is unlawful for any person to climb
or be upon the municipal water tank of the City of Anaheim or the
structure supporting the same.
SECTION 3. That it is unlawful for any person to climb
upon or tamper with any pole, ornamental lighting standard, wire,
transformer, meter, motor, pump, or electrical equipment owned or
used by the City of Anaheim.
SECTION 4. That it is unlawful for any person to enter
or be in the power house of the City of Anaheim between the hours
of 5:40 P. M. of any day and 7:00 A. MI. of the succeeding day.
SECTION 5. That it is unlawful for any person to enter
or be upon the roof of any building or structure, owned, occupied
or under the control of the City of Anaheim,
SECTION 6. That this ordinance shall not apply to any
duly authorized employee, agent or officer of the City of Anaheim,
or officer of the United States or State of California or of any
agency, department, bureau, or subdivision thereof, or of any
authorized employee of any corporation furnishing electricity,
gas, telephone service or water to said City, when such employee
is in the course of duty.
SECTION 7. That any person violating any of the pro-
visions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon convicition thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not

more than Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars or by imprisonment in
the City Jail for a period of not more than three months or by
both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 8. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
In conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 9. That the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim
shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and cause the same
to be published in the a weekly newspaper of
general circulation, printe public ed and circulated in the
City of Anaheim, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
