A RESOLUTION OF THE; ANAHEIPI CITY YLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEPINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONllITIODIAL USE PERPIIT N0. 2442
WHEREAS, on hlay 16, 1983, Conditional Use Permit No. 2442 was granted
under Resolution No. PC83-98 b,y the Anaheim Planning Com~rission to permit
on-sale beer and wine in a proposed semi-enclosed restaurant on a
rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 1.1 acres,
located at the southeast corner of La Palma A~~enue and Mohican Avenue and
further described as 1750 West La .Palma Avenue.
?~ WHEREAS, the property owner, 14ob Mills, has submitted a letter requesting
termination of Conditional Use Perrait No. 2442 in satisEaction of a condition
of the granting of Conditional Use Permit No. 2670 to permit on-sale alcohol
in a proposed semi-enclosed restaurant at 1750 West La Palma Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ZT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Pianning Commis;;lon
c~oes hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use
Permit No. 2442 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
