A RESOLOTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEk~DINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMZT N0. 745
WHEREAS, on Au9ust 30, 1965, Conditi.onal Use Permit No. 745 was g-anted
under Resolution No. 1750, Series 1965-66 by the Anaheim Planniny Commission
to permit a restaurant and commercial shops in conjunction with a wax museum
on a cectangularly-shaped parcel of land consistiny of approximately 2.02
acres located 350 Eeet south of the centerline of Katelia Avenue, and further
described as 1850 South Harbor Boulevard.
WHEREAS, Lhe applicant, Lance J. Wa.ltet, The Walter Company, has
submitted a letter requesting termination of Conditional Use Permic No. 795 in
satisfaction of a condition for issuance of building permits for the Holiday
Inn at 1850 South Harbor Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thut the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use
Permit No. 745 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIUN is signed and approved by me !:his 24th, day
