A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM C?TY PLANNING CObIMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEUINGS iN CONNECTION W'[TH
CONDiTIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 2369
WHERRAS, on Septembec II, 1982, Conditional Use Permit No. 2369 was
granted under Resotution No. PC82-164 by the Anaheim Planning Commission to
permit commercial use of a residential structure with waivers of reguired
location of packing spaces and minimum nunber of parking spaces on a
rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of appcoximately 5,001 square
feet located at the northwest corner of Chestnut Street and Harbor Boulevard,
and furthPr described as 125 South Harbor Boulevard; and
WHERF.AS, the property owner, Theodore J. Pietrok, has submitted a letter.
requesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 2369 in that a commercial
use is not going to be established in a residential structure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT nESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use
Permit No. 2369 on the basis of the focegoiny findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this Skb day
of August, 1985.
