WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Cornmission did ceceive a verified
Petition for Conditional Use Permit fron FRANK H. GREiNKE, 1011 Laguna Road,
P. 0. Bax 1207, iustin, California 92680, oaner, and FLORENTINO MATA, JR., 214
West La Palma Avenue, Anaheim, California 92801, agent fur certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State oE
California, described as:
LOT 1 OF TRACT 6383, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN HOOK 244,
PAGE 48 OF PiISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECOROS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFOkNTA.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public heacing at
the Civic Cente~ in the City of Anaheim on August 5, 1985, at 1:30 p,m.,
not:ce ~~f said public h~aring having been duly given as re:quired by law and in
accordance witi: the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.03,
to hea~ and consider evidence for and against said proposed con~3itional use
permit and to investi.yate and make findings and recomnendations in connection
therewith; said public heacing having been continued to the Planning
Commi:ssion meeting of August 19, 1985; and
WHEREqS, said Commission, afl-er due inspection, investigation and
study made by itselt and in its behalf, and after due considecation of all
evidence and reports offe~ed at said hearing, does find and determine the
following Eacts:
i• That the proposea use is properly or.e for which a conditional
use permit is authorized hy Anaheim Municipal Code Section 18.61.050.070 to
wlt: to permit an automobile repair shop in an nxisting service station,.
2• ii~ac cne proposed use wi11 not adversely affect the adjeining
land uses and the yrowth and <ievelopment of the acea in whieh it is pcopased
to be located.
3. That tt~e size and shape of the site proposed fos the use is
adequate tu allour the full development of the proposed use in a•;nner not
detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety and
general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4• That the grantin9 of the Conditional Use Permit under the
conditions impo~ed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health,
safety and general welfare of tha Citizens oE the City of Anateim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use wiil not impose
an undue bu:den upon the stceets and hiyhways designed and improved to carry
the traffic in the area.
6. That one pecson indicated her presence at the August 5, 1985
public hearing in opposition; and that no cor~espondence was received in
opposition to the subject petition.
