WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Cummission did receive a verified
petition for Reclassification from STATF. C9LLEGE PARTNERS, C/O DUNN
PROPERTZES, 28 Btool:hollow Drive, Santa Ana, CA 92702, owner, and BILL SZNGER
& ASSGCIATES, 5100 Bicch Street, Newport Beach, California 92660, agent, for

acrordance with the pcovisions of the Anaheim rlunicipal Code Chapter 18.03, to
hear and consider evidence for and against s..:d proposed reclassification and
tu investigate and make findings and recommendations in connection therewith;
said public hearing having been continued to the Planning Commission meeting
of November 25, 1985; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investiqation and
study made by itself and in its behalf, and aftec due consideration of all
evidence and re~orts offered at said hearing, does find and determine the
following facts:
1. That the pet~tioner proposes reclassification of the norther~y
291 feet of subject property from h!L(cP)(IndusErial, Limited - Flcodplain
Overlay) Zone to the CO(FP) (Commercial, Office and Professional - Floodplain
Overlay).
~' 2. That the Anahei.m General Plan designates subject property for
