RESOLUTION NOCONDITI NAL~'USE PERMI7TNNO.I2653NNECTION WITH
WHEREAS, on January 7, 1985, the Anaheim City Planning Commission
granted Conditional Use Pecmit No. 2653 (Resolution No. PC85-09~ith waivers
consttuction of a 165-unit senior citizen's retirement arkingltspaces on an
of requiced lot frontage and required type ° ox mately 7 acres having a
irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of app
frontage of approximately h60 feet on the north side of Medicat Center Drive;
and
WHGREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission included a testriction
in theic approval of the above-mentioned pcoject limiting use of the dinin9
room or restaucant to tenants and their guests and said restriction was
inadvectently ommitted from Resolution No. ~~85-09, and should be included as
Condition No. 26, to read as follows:
°26. That use of the dining area or cestaurant area shall be limite~
to tenants and theit guests only.'
N04~, THERBFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Lhe Anaheim City Planning
Commission does hereby amend Resolution No. PC85-09, to include Conditior. No.
26 as above stated.
