A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDI~GS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE N0. 975
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1958, Vaciance No. 975 w;3s granted ur.der
Resolution No. 274-Series 1957-58 to peimit a flower shop on a
rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of apprpoximately 1.6 acres,
having a frontage of approximately 272 feet on the north side of Lincoln
Avenue, and further d?scribed as 3233 West Lincoln Avenue.
WHEREAS, the orope[ty owner, Laurette E. Maah, has submitted a
letter reyuesting termi.nation .,f Variance No. 975 in ,atisfaction of a
condition oP the granting of Reclassification No. 84-85-16 an~ Variance No.
3451, (RS-A-93,000 to RM-1200 and waiver of minimum building site area) to
construct a 60-unit affordable apartment complex on subject property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES9LVED that the Anaheim City Planning
Commission does heceby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 2535 on the basis of the for.egoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 20th day
