A RE50LUTIUN OF THE ANAHEIM CITk PLANNING COMayISSION
TERFIINATTNG ALL PROC£E-INGS IN CONNECTION WITH
CONDITIUNAL USE PERMIT N0. 2630
WHEREAS, on October 29, 1984 wa~ granted under Resolution No. PC84-218 by
the Anaheim Planning Commission to perrt.it on sale beer and wine in a proposed
restaucant with Naiver of minimum number of parking spaces on an
irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 27,11 acres
located at the southeast corner of Lincoln Avenue and State College Boulevard;
and
WEIEREAS, the applicant, Karl Meader, East Anaheim Center, has submitted a
letter reguesting termination of Conditional Use Permit No. 253U in
satisfaction oE a condition oi the granting of Conditional Gse Pecmit No. 2656
on Febcuary 4, 19E5 to permit on-sale beer and wine in a proposed restaurant
with waiver of ;~~inimum number of parking spaces on subject proparty.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planni.ng Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with ConditionaJ. Use
Permit No. 2b3U on the basis of the foregoing findings.
