cloing, that ~Li;.le 18-Zoning of L•he Anaheim Municipal Code be amend~d to exc].ude
L-he above-ci~scrib~d property frurn the RS-A-4s,U00 (Residential, Ag:icultural)
Zone ancl to incnrporat-e said described property inko the RM-1200 (Re~idential,
Multi.ple-Family) zone upon the fol7owiny c~nditions which are hereR~y Fcund to bc
