and Beach. Boulevard, having frontages of approximately 150 f~et on the ~ast
szde of Beach ~oulevard and 150 feet on the north side oi Lincoln Avenue and
further described as 100 N. Beach Boule~~srcl; ana does hereby apprave the
Negative Decl.aration upon findi.ng tnat it has considered the 2r*egstive
