Jutte 20, 1988; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection„ investigatiox~ and
.;tudy made by itself. and in i~s behalf, and after due consideration of all
evid~:nce and reports offered at sai~ hearing, does find and determino tne
f~llowing facts:
1. That ~he pr~posed use ig properly one for which a conditi4nml
use permit is authorized by .AnaYieim M~xnicipal Code Section 18.61.G5U.fi05 to
wit: to ~ermi.t indrstrially-relat~d o£fice uses in c:onjuction with a propot~ed
andustrial complex.
2. That the propnsed. use wi~l not adversely aff.ect the adjoining
land uses and the growrh and developmen~ of the area in which it i.s proposed
to be located.
