at the Civic Center. in the City of Anaheim on September 26, 1.988, at 1:30
p.m., notice of said public hearing having been du~y given as requ.ixed by' 1aw
and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter
18.03, to hear and consider evidenae for and agai.nst said proposed conditi~nal
use permit and to investigate and make findangs and recommendations in
cor~nectian therewith; and
WH~REAS, said Commission, after c~ue inspcction~ investigatic+n
an3 study ma~9H by itself and in its behalf, ancl a~ter ~lue consideration of all
