expenditures projected as a resulY, of project development, and is based on
reveues/costs at buildout (1997) in cuxrent 198B dollars and does not depict
reveues/c~sts ass~ciated with a phased development.
4. Tl-aaL• Spe:.ific Ylan No. 80-2 includes a zoning and Develo~ment
Standard Sect.ion and that the Planning Commission per Resulution No. PC88-283
has recommended to the City Couricil that said 7oning ancl Develapment Standar~s
(as amended by tYie Planning Cammission) be adopto3, by ordinance, to regu~ate
deveJ.opmant within The 5ummit u£ .P,naheim Iiills.
5. That tiie area of the Zonzxig Map of t2ie Cxzy of Ana2ieim, covered by
Sper.ific Plan a8-2 sha.ll be amended a.nd designated as follaws; (SP88•-2).
