Ei£1-03 WHEREAS, pursuant to the au~hority set forth in Califurn3a Government Code Section b5~l64, City of Anatieim Ordina:zce No. ~1377 and Resolution No. a212-565 (ProcFClures Fesnlu~ion), ~hQ City has raceived an application £rom the developer requesting adoption of an amended and restated Devaloprnent Agreement No. 88-03 in connection with The Summit oi Anaheim Hil1s Specific Plan Noe 88-2 developmen: area encompassing aiaproximately 591 acres g~nerally lcc~ted southeasterly oi th.e southeriy terminus of Weir Canyon Road and Santa Ana Canyon hoad; and WHEREAS, on J'une 21, 1.988, the Ci~y Council adopted Or.dixiance No. 4935 autharizing the execution of bevelopment Acaree-ne:at No. 88-03; and 4IHERLAS, the ?lanning Department deemed it app:opriate, pursuant to tha pro~~isions of the Califurnia Environmental Quality act, to prepare a supplement to EnvironmeiiL-al Impact Repurt No. 287.
