f fincling that it has considered ilie Negai:ive Declarat~on together with an~
~ comcnents rer,eived during the public review procQSS und further finding on ~he
i basis oP h:he initial study ancl any comments recQived that therQ is no
substantial c~vidence that the project will have a significant effec~ on the
envircnment.
NOW, THEREFORE, EiE IT RESOLVEA that th~ Anaheim City Planning

upon the following r.ondita.ons which are her.eby found to be a necessary
prere~uisate to tho proposQd use af the subject property in ordar to preserve
the safety and general welfare of the Citizens af the City of Anahoim:
