Draft ::nvirorunental Impact Repart No, 280 for the propased Santa Fe Pacific
Pl~za and reviewing evadence, buth written and oral, presentad for Draft
Envirorunental Impac~ Report Nu. 280 and iL-s Addendum, the Planr~i.rag Comn~ission
finds that EIR No. 280 is in cum~liance wir_n California Environmen~al Quality
Act ~nd State and City Guidolines; that the project desc.ribod in BIR No. 3b0
and its Addendum will not x•esuJ.t in any impacts which ar.~ conszdereri
unavoidable, adverse in nature and n~t fu].ly mitigatibl~ to a 1eve1 0~~
insicpnificance; and therefore, the Planning Co~ronission does k~ereby recommend
to the City Council certification of EIR N0. 280 and its Addendum.
