approved; and
WHEREAS, Gkxe Anaheim City Planninq Commis3ion did hold public hearings
at the Anaheim Civic Center, Council Chamb9r, 200 South Anahe.im Boulovard, on
June 5, 1989, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said publi^. hearings having been duiy given

has conaider~sd the Negative Declaration ~ogethr~r with any common~ts receiveci

study and any comments received that thQre is n~ substantinl e~~idenc:e ~,hat the
