:located at the southe3st corner of Winsto : Road ar~d Stata Co1le~ge Boulevard,
having approximate frontages of 597 feet un the s~uth side of Winston Road
and 669 feet on rhe oast ~;i~iA of S~.ate Callege B~ulevard and £urther
described as 1350 South State College Bau~evard; and does heraby approve the
NQgativo Declaration upon fznding that ir has considered thQ tvegative
DQClaration ~o~ether with any comments recgived during t.he public review
process ancl further finding on the I~Fi5~5 of the initial study and any
comments roceived that there zs r.o subst~nt.ial evidence t~:at the project wi11
have a significant ef~ect on ::he envircnment.

the prop~~~ed use of khe subject property in orclar *.o preserve the safety and
