Land Use E].ement of ~he General Plan, staff prepared a General Plan Amendment
tor the ~tudy area. consisting of ~.pproxi:nately 0.87 acres of land having a
fror_tage o£ approximately ?.33 feet on the west side o~ P~est 5treeS:, having a
maximum depL•h of a~proximately 3b5 feet and being located approximar~~ly 350

having boen duly givr~n as required by law and in accordance with the
