builcling height levels under ~his alLernai:ive would be anproximately
10-12 stories. The office complex wr,ulc3 gonerate about 8,150 d~.ily
trips. Du.ring th~ p.m. peak hour a tota]. of 1,380 tr.ip~ would be
gonerated. F3y comparison, a typical peak event: at the Anaheim Aren~
would gener~te 9,030 daily trips ~nd 600 p.m. peak hour trips. A
