property generally located r~ear the i.nteraection of 5errano Avenue and Canyon
Rirn Road; and further ttiat amenclment to Specific Flan No. 87-1 would provide
fo1 an additional one acre af land foz• the park site; a;ld •that the acre
propa:~ed i:o be added to the park site ia presently a hill located adjacQnt to
the propose~ park ~ite; and development c,f th~ addiri.anal acre would resul~ in
i:he movement of J.~,fi00 cubic yarda ef earth ~nd that grading of the hi11 will
pose no ad.ditional significant environrnental impacts not r3lready addressed and
