at ttie Civic Center in ttie City of Anaheim on Sept~mber 24, 199Q, at 1:30
p.m., notic~ o~ oaid public hearing haviny been r.luly g3.vez- aa required by law
and in acc~rdancE with the ~roviaions of the Anahaim Muni~ipal Code, Chapter
18.~J3, to hear and consider evidence for ~nd agalYiet said proposed variance
and tn inve~tigate and make findinge and recommendations in connect.tan

evi.dencP and reports oFt•ered at oaid hearing, does find and dotermine the
following facts:
l. That the above-mentioned waiver ia hereby granted ~n the
basis that there are ap~cial cLrcumatances applicablo ro the property auch se
size, shape, topography, loc~~tion and 3urroundinys which do not apply to other
identically zoned property in the eam~ vicinity; and that strict application
of the Zoning Cod~ deprlven the proper~y ~~f prfvilege~ er-joyed by other.

2. That strict application of the Zoning Code deprives the

AnAheim, shall be p~sted witk~ tite Cit}• to guarantiee th~ sati~factory
completion of the abovc~-mentioned improvemsnts. Said security shall be
