A RESVLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PIANNING COMMISSiON
TERMINATING AlL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION WITH
VARIANCE N0. 3819
WHEREAS, on July 21, 1988 the Zoning Adminletrator approved Varlance No, 3819 for
waiver of minimum number of parking spacos to aonstruct a 5•story, 103•unk motel including 1,G00-square
feet Af retai! shop area on properry located on the east side o! Harbor Roulevard approximately 700 fest
south of the cente~line of Manchester Avenue, and further described as 1520 South Harbor Boulsvard; and
WHEREAS, Ann Mousnor, general manager far 4he prapatty owner, has submitted a lettor
requestfng tenninetion ~f Varianco Nr~. 3819 tn comply with the conditions of approval o' Conditlonat Use
Permit No. 3594.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AESOLVED that tho Anaheim City Planning Cummisalon does
hereby terminate all proceedings in connection with Variance No. 3819 on the basls of the faregoing
ilndings.
