NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Plannln~ Commlaslon does
hereby grant subJoct Petftion tor Conditional Use Pormlt, upon the toilowing condltlons which are hereby
found to be a necessary prerequlsita to the proposed use of the subJect properry in orcior to preaerve the
safery and gensral weltare of the Cftizens of the Ciry of Anaheim:
1. That the houra of oparatlon shall be Ilm~tAd to 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Mondey through Friday, with c~assas
running irom 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. end 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
