WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspectfon. Invastigatlon and study made by Itself
and In its behalf, and afte~ due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, doea find
and determine tho tollowing tacts:
1. That the proposod uso is proper{y one for which a conditfonal use permft Is authorized by
Anahelm Municipal Code Sectfon 18.61.050.601 to permit an automobile repalr facility with waiver of the
tollowing:
